Welcome to Riverpointe, a beautiful, serene and quiet development only a short distance from The Parkway and situated on the banks of the Little Pigeon River. We are close to all the great restaurants, shows, shopping and of course, Dollywood.  Families can enjoy the walking path by the river, sitting on the porch enjoying the birds, squirrels, geese, ducks and other wildlife as well as fishing for trout and bream in the river.  There are common areas for activities such as playing outdoors and riding bikes. Cool off  by tubing and kayaking in the river.  The pavilion is a great place for a picnic or cookout with the family. It's also a great place to relax if that's more your speed.

The original land owners wished to keep the area suitable for enjoyment by visiting families and residents. The Board of Directors' goal is to fulfill this wish by performing regular maintenance on the grounds and riverbank.
